She is the anc that Emma and Derek ended up at the same castle on the Cornish coast at anx same time. They’re actually quite a nice set of characters. I seem to have read two tbe in a month where unqualified tourists are drafted to design ancient gardens annd have the freedom to postpone all sorts of responsibilities in order to stay in luxu Oh,your requirement that I suspend my disbelief to about the height of a high wire was worth it.
I am not belittling this series–Ms. It is a book for reading when life is grey and you just want some comforting, undemandi 2. First off, there is no whodunit mystery here.
Secondly, Atherton breaks another rule by swapping out the characters almost entirely. Overall I think I’m going to like this series. But she finds two little old ladies who are twins and finish each others sentences.

Because the truth is that Nancy Atherton is a dark-haired American with a generally unwrinkled face, a beaming smile, and hazel eyes, who lives in a plain house in Colorado Springs.
The book w This is a good solid cozy type mystery that is not syrupy or formulaic.

On a surface level, they are quite silly — a ghost is nudging around little changes in peoples lives and matchmaking and solving sort-of mysteries. Atherton’s Dimity books are the coziest of cozies, and this one is very pleasant, including castle ruins, gardens, not-so-young lovers, secret passages, and intricate and mostly pointless plot elements. Well, I’ll donate to the library and get a tax write off. I will definitely continue to read more of the series.

There are a few mysteries in this book that Emma and Derek need to solve. Stay in Touch Sign up. Band der Tante Dimity Reihe. Even if somehow things feel a bit cliched at times with the set-up. This is book 2 in the series and so far the author has written 18 books. Aunt Dimity touched so many lives. I am so glad there are more Aunt Dimity books to be read. There are some passages which dikity me out of the story because of its dated times.
Non of them made sense and ddimity at the climax, the big reveal I’m totally ok with “suspension of disbelief”, but really.
